Gina Decker
Owner/Licensed Esthetician
With 24 years of esthetic experience, Gina created Estheem as a space that reflects her deep emphasis on connection, longevity, and clean living. She has thoughtfully curated every detail of the spa, from treatments to products, with a focus on visible results while protecting the skin’s integrity. Gina specializes in precision sugaring, advanced facials, and customized skin care. She is also pursuing a Holistic Nutritionist Certification to expand Estheem’s offerings with a more well-rounded approach to wellness.
Jenna Bonnett
Certified Massage Therapist
Jenna began her massage career in 2009 and has worked in both spa and chiropractic environments. During seven years in a chiropractic office, she developed a passion for helping clients through injury recovery as well as easing daily stress with deep stretches and relaxation techniques. With 16 years of spa experience, Jenna specializes in stretching, trigger points, deep tissue massage, and goal-oriented relaxation. She is committed to tailoring each session to support balance, recovery, and long-term wellness for every guest she serves.
Heather Falchetta
Licensed Esthetician
brings over 24 years of experience in esthetics, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a deep passion for exploring the many dimensions of holistic healthcare. Her expertise includes precision waxing and advanced facial treatments, with a strong emphasis on ingredient technology and its role in achieving optimal skin health.
As a certified specialist in Epidermal Leveling, Heather integrates this advanced technique into her customized skincare services to enhance skin texture and radiance. She is thrilled to be working with Estheem’s new Société Skin Care line, renowned for its bioactive ingredients that meet the rigorous standards of the European and Australian markets.
